Fast Testing

After reading a sour review of the Sully Movie in the Guardian, the main point I got was "the NTSB tested a return flight to the airport as soon as the real airplane lost engines, and had results in 35 seconds? How did they have that testing ready so quickly?"

Since the executive producer for Sully was Steve Mnuchin, it seems that the Guardian was spot on.
